Suspension or cancellation decisions are handled by competent managers or authorized reviewers, ensuring that no conflict of interest affects the outcome. In absence of the Certification Manager, the Operations In-Charge will seek prior approval from senior management before proceeding.

Certification status may be suspended when clients fail to comply with requirements, regulations, or audit findings.
Independent and competent personnel, such as Certification Managers or Report Reviewers, decide on suspensions.
In the absence of the Certification Manager, the Operations In-Charge seeks management approval before action.
Decisions are made impartially, documented thoroughly, and communicated clearly to the client in writing.
Cancellation is enforced only when corrective actions are not taken within defined timelines after suspension.
